Watford’s Zizzi, one of your favourite Italian restaurants, has revealed our team the recipe for their Arancini! Read the recipe below, grab your ladles annd… enjoy delicious Arancini made by you, for you, at home!

Ingredients: 

10g onions

60g rice

85g vegetable stock

1tbsp pepperonata sauce

30g peas

30g mozzarella

breadcrumbs

salt & pepper

 

Method:

Add the onions in a hot pan.

Add the rice and the vegetable stock.

When cooked, leave to cool.

When cool, add the pepperonata sauce, salt, pepper, the peas, and mozzarella cheese and mix.

Shape into small balls and cover in breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil for 4 mins.
